ServieBadger: Marshfield Clinic Afterschool and Volunteer WI: Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Chippewa Valley

"My dear Eli ServieBadger, The past few days with you has been a blast! We had so much fun with you here at the Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Chippewa Valley- Mary Markquart Center! I know it got a little chaotic since all 100 or so children wanted your attention and time. The highlight of the past few days were the "boat" rides, UWEC Basketball game and our Youth Late Night! We will miss you dearly. We hope you have fun traveling through the rest of WI!" -- Xenia Obias, Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Chippewa Valley Mary Markquart Center "So Soft Servie, That's what the members at the Menomonie Center Boys and Girls Club called you! Thanks for spending MLK Day with us and joining the kids in the gym. You're also a great homework helper. The kids are going to miss you! Good luck on your next journey." -- Alyssa and Sarah, Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Chippewa Valley Menomonie Center

"Welcome Eli ServieBadger!" --Marshfield Clinic AmeriCorps Midterm at the Kalahari Resort "Hey Servie, clap once if you hear my voice, clap twice! I'm sure it is difficult to sit in front of the 70 of us members, I would also be very shy. You need to stop talking so much though. My ears are still ringing from yesterday. Do you want to go on the waterslide with us? How about the ropes course? Catch ya later!" -- A.G., Marshfield AmeriCorps- After School "Leading the group as usual, Mr. Servie! (Or is it Dr.?) Have a nice time on the waterslide and chilling in the hot tub. Cheers!" -- L.B. "Sir Servie! Welcome to the Dells! I'm very sad you will not be able to visit UWEC! We somehow missed your sign-up sheet and I heard you're very busy with your visits to other sites; that's too bad. We're known as the dream team, it would have been nice to have you see what we do. We're also traveling south to Georgia, Alabama, Louisi...

Marshfield Clinic AmeriCorps Afterschool: LEAP for Learning

"ServieBadger is getting ready to "LEAP on in" to our Afterschool program.  Servie has come to visit the Marshfield Clinic AmeriCorps Afterschool Program at Lincoln Elementary School.  During his visit Servie helped out in the LMC (Library Media Center), visited Kindergarten, and attended LEAP 4 Learning.  While at LEAP Servie helped the 3rd and 4th grade with homework.  Servie then learned about germs and hand washing with the 1st and 2nd graders.  When LEAP ended for the day Servie prepared to ride in comfort to Wisconsin Dells for Midterm Training." -- Kaitlin Bauer, AmeriCorps member serving Leap for Learning
